Just Breathe is holding three TOTALLY FREE classes this week!

Wednesday, January 28  //  7-8pm  //  Yin/Yang with Pat
Thursday, January 29  //  6-7pm  //  Basic Yoga with Pat
Thursday, January 29  //  7:15-8:30pm  //  Mixed Level Yoga with me!

this is the perfect opportunity to make good on your resolution to be happier and healthier in the new year!

bring yourself, bring a friend, bring a mat (if you have one; if not, use ours!), and bring a smile!

if you’ve never been to JB, come 5-10 minutes early to fill out a release and get a quick studio tour.
