if you’re looking for some new motivation or a class to complement your regimen, Just Breathe Yoga Studio has two great options on saturday mornings starting tomorrow, february 28:
morning matwork / 9 – 10am (new time!)
matwork is a super fun and challenging fusion of yoga, pilates, and calisthenics that is appropriate for all levels! if you are looking for a workout that pushes you and combines mindfulness and control in a comfortable atmosphere with great music, this is for you! be ready to sweat, smile, and breathe as you build strength in all areas, with a special focus on the core. ⊗
basic yoga / 10:30 – 11:30am
this class is perfect if you have never tried yoga or if you want to get a stronger foundation of the basics. poses are taught slowly and in detail, and modifications are given to ensure each pose is accessible for each student. expect to gain strength and flexibility with major focus on safety and alignment.
both new classes are drop-in, so there is no need to pre-register! bring a friend, a mat, and an open mind ♥
