with information and recommendations constantly updating, it’s so hard to predict what things will look like tomorrow, next week, next month. for now, schools in our area will be closed for the next 3 weeks, and many local businesses are taking extra precautions in efforts to slow the spread of covid-19.

please take care of yourself during this time. reach out if you need help. remember the basics – rest, stay hydrated, eat real food, move your body. be mindful of your media intake. breathe. smile.

for the next 21 days, I will be sharing workouts and ideas for 20 minute practices on my instagram (www.instagram.com/yoganae) with supplementary blog posts here (my profile is public, so posts should be accessible to anyone, even if you don’t have an instagram account). please make these your own – modify or change any of the movements to suit you. always listen to your body.

no special equipment is required, but an interval timer is helpful if you plan to do the tabata workouts (a simple timer version will also be offered).
